Worship is the creative; as we speak we create, as we sing we create, as we paint we create, as we write we create - it's in all of us - it's who we are. We were all fashioned, moulded, created by someone so utterly artistic that we can't help but be like Him.  We are a part of the creative.

It moves, it dwells; it speaks into everything we do and everything we love. It tells the stories of our lives vividly through drama, through music, video, and print.  In it there is a connectedness to something more than just us; and for some it is more than just a piece of the puzzle, it is the picture we are trying to put together. the Creative is the language of our life; it's more than just what we see on the web, on billboards and magazines and TV, it is how we speak and live. It has always been the narrative to our life as a community of faith - and it finds its voice in worship.  

Our hope is to continue to grow into that voice in this community - we don't want to just talk, we want to engage in the conversation of our worship, both with Christ and with each other.  If you love to communicate with more than just words and want to be a part of the Creative here at AAC, phone the church office @ 403-948-3818, or email.  There are opportunities in Drama, Music, Sound, Design, and Video you can get hooked up in.  Here are just some of the things we are growing in:

Painting, Drama (writing and acting), Music, Video, Design (print & web), Poetry, the Spoken Word,  Dance... 

We don't have them all down yet, we probably never will, but our goal is to express who we are at any point in time. If that's your thing, too, we'd love to spend some time with you and get a little creative.
