You Too Can Get Involved!

If anyone would like to get involved in WOW ministries, we would love to hear from you!  We are always in need of help with set up, clean up, decorating, bible study leaders, etc.  and we tend to keep asking the same people.  Getting involved is a great way to meet other women and get a feel for the ministry to see if there is an area you are drawn to.  Please contact one of our leadership team to discuss your options.

Coming in spring 2010, "So Long Insecurity!", a live simulcast for women with speaking and author Beth Moore.  Stay tuned for updates and plan now to attend.

WoW (Women of Worth) Ministry

And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." 
2 Corinthians 3:18  

Women are Amazing Creations!  God chose us to be a reflection of His beauty, kindness, gentleness, mercy and love in this world.  Our desire is for all women to experience a more intimate relationship with Jesus, developing a clearer and deeper understanding of who they truly are "in Christ" according to scripture. As they grow in their understanding and confidence of the masterpiece they are, both inside and out, we believe women will literally refelct the very glory of God as they live out their lives for him.  It is in this knowledge that they will allow themselves to be used by God to reach out to a hurting and broken world with "a spirit of power, and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Tim 1:6).  This is our hope of the women of Airdrie Alliance Church and it is the hope of the world that needs these women.  In the end we want to be a community that seeks to reveal God's design for women by:

*  realizing our identity
*  releasing our potential
*  reaching out to others
*  reflecting His beauty

We do this through BLOOM (Biblically Living Out Our Mission) and yearly through Renovare.  It is our prayer that you too are on mission to seek out your purpose.
